A quick note before you explore
You’re looking at sample data
Everything in these dashboards is made-up (synthetic) for now — it’s here so you can
try the tools and see how a finished State of The Sector dashboard might feel.
Real Greater Manchester survey results will replace this when they’re ready.
Methodology

How to use this dashboard
What you’re looking at
This is the State of The Sector dashboard for Salford CVS,
built by the VCSE Observatory
for Greater Manchester State of The Sector.
Each section summarises survey responses from local VCSE organisations —
headline indicators first, then charts.
Area filter
By default, Area is set to the borough covered by Salford CVS.
You can widen or narrow Area, and combine with size, legal form and other filters.
Within a filter, selecting several options means “any of these”. Across filters, selections combine (AND).
If a combination leaves fewer than 10 organisations, it won’t apply —
charts fall back to the LIO’s default areas.
